Tess Elena, a native New Yorker is a indie-pop artist crafting music which is soulful, playful and positively searing in its ability to illuminate the myriad of the human heart. Coined often as a blend of Amy Winehouse and Carole King, Tess Elena is undeniably a fast rising voice in the singer songwriter community defined by her sultry vocals and powerhouse performance. With a background in social advocacy, she emulates the tapestry of womanhood through her songs and musical prowess.
Inspired and driven by her degree in Women's, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, the United Nations commissioned Tess Elena to write and perform an original song (Consent is Sexy) for their Youth Assembly in 2017. She went on to perform at countless venues around NYC and has a new single Garden of Reason which will be released on all streaming platforms on June 26th. To celebrate its release, she will be headlining a show at the Gin Mill Speakeasy.
